The work will involve drafting and oversight assistance with standard bank agreements for commercial clients that utlize treasury management services (such as Wire, ACH, Remote Deposit Capture, Positive Pay, etc). The selected candidate will work with the Bank's Legal, Compliance and Treasury Management Services Departments in revising and drafting new addendums for agreements. 

Particular experience with Article 4 of the UCC and commercially reasonable security procedures as well as experience with tools that combat fraud is especially important.
