Candidates must be an experienced antitrust lawyer. The lawyer you will be covering for is an Associate Director of Antitrust Compliance with 15+ years of antitrust experience and 4 years of company experience. That level of antitrust experience is not required, but we need this person to independently give nuanced antitrust legal advice from the get-go.

A private equity manager located in New York, New York is looking for a lawyer who is licensed in United Kingdom having experience with NDAs; Joinders; and Non-Reliance Letters.

The work will involve reviewing and negotiating NDAs, Joinders and Non-Reliance Letters that are governed by UK, US and (sometimes) European law. The work will be performed remotely by a UK-based lawyer who is comfortable reviewing standardized documents internationally. Lawyers must also be the sole point of contact for the review work and be comfortable turning around documents quickly (ideally 24 hours during the business week).

The expected volume is ~ 15 documents per month and increasing from there, with the work being performed on a fixed fee basis.

We currently pay the following fixed fee rates for US attorneys and would ask that UK attorney provide estimated fixed fee USD pricing for Joinder, NDA and Non-Reliance Letter review.  The US rates below are provided for reference only. We are open to discussing the fixed fee rates for UK attorneys, so would ask that interested lawyers quote their preferred rates (noting the rates are subject to discussion regarding document length, etc.)

(1) Joinder: USD 200.00, comprising USD 181.82 to lawyer plus the Priori management fee; 
(2) NDA: USD 400.00, comprising USD 363.64 to lawyer plus the Priori management fee; 
(3) Non-Reliance Letter: USD 200.00, comprising USD 181.82 to lawyer plus the Priori management fee.
