What is your general practice area focus?

Energy, Startups, Commercial and General Business.

What is your typical client profile?

It's a mix, ranging from multi-billion dollar publicly-traded corporations and well-established private equity companies, all the way to bootstrapping tech startups.

What is the most successful client relationship that has begun through your Priori membership?

A relationship with a high-growth online appointment scheduling software company. Priori introduced me to the client for a discrete M&A matter, which paved the way for a longer-term relationship culminating in its sale to a very well-known player in the web design and hosting space.

What do you like most about working with Priori?

Priori handles my "marketing" work for me, which frees up time for me to focus on more important, billable client work.

How has Priori helped you grow your practice?

Priori has done a great job of exposing me to some good, high-value clients I would not have found otherwise, and helped me manage my practice.
