Priori Legal

This Software Development Agreement (sometimes referred to as a Master Services Agreement) sets out the terms on which a developer sells and transfers customized software to a client that will incorporate the software into its products, services, or processes. A scope of work (also called a statement of work) is generally added as an appendix, exhibit or rider to the agreement in order to specifically describe what software is to be developed under the agreement.
