After twenty-five years at Pillsbury, Winthrop, Shaw, and Pittman, Kerry Brennan started her own boutique litigation firm, Brennan Law Firm, which represents multinational corporations, start-ups, high net-worth individuals and not-for-profit organizations.
Kerry has practiced in New York City for her entire career.
What is your general practice area focus?
Over my thirty years of legal practice, I have focused on business litigation, stockholder disputes, intellectual property litigation and counseling on trademark, copyright and Internet issues.
What is your typical client profile?
My clients range from mid-sized technology companies to seasoned entrepreneurs, start-up founders and authors.
What is the most successful client relationship that has begun through your Priori membership?
I’ve been able to build a range of significant relationships across a number of industries including a farm-to-office delivery business, a national tax services company and a risk management organization to name but a few. Several of the clients that I originated through Priori have reached out to me for new litigation and counseling matters. I enjoy acting as regular outside counsel and developing long term relationships with clients.
What do you like most about working with Priori?
I have found that the Priori platform provides a straightforward interface with clients. On the few occasions that I have needed support from Priori personnel, they have have been prompt and knowledgeable.
How has Priori helped you grow your practice?
Priori has helped me attract clients seeking the expertise I offer and allowed me to focus on newly developing legal concepts.
